Sea Views

Sea Views is a mid-terrace house in West Bexington, set over two floors. From the front there are partial views of Chesil Beach, and the pebble beach itself is a few minutes' walk away, with a beach café. Downstairs are a sitting room with an electric stove-effect fire and a kitchen/diner with a dishwasher and a dining table.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor: a king-size, a twin and a single, which together sleep five. The bathroom is on the same floor and has a P-shaped bath with a shower over. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and the TV comes with a DVD player and WiFi. Heating is oil-fired central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a patio and a lawn, and off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The pub is within 0.1 miles and the shop within 2.8 miles. Views of Lyme Regis and beyond can be had from the front, and Bridport is a short drive away.

The house suits a family or friends sharing five beds, with a dog if you have one.
