Sunshine Cottage - West Bexington

Sunshine Cottage is a four-bedroom house in West Bexington, with the beach within 200 metres and the shop and pub 4 miles away. A gated private driveway leads to the entrance, which opens into a contemporary kitchen. The dining room is next door, and beyond it is a triple-aspect lounge with a large picture window, views of the sea, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and an office area.

The kitchen has an oil-fired Rayburn alongside an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A library lines the inner hallway on the way to the twin bedroom, which has a shower room next to it. The stairs lead to the remaining three bedrooms, two king-size and a single, all with some views of the sea, and a bathroom with a hand-held shower over the bath. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Patio doors in the lounge open onto a flight of external steps down to the lawn, which wraps around the house on three sides. There is a patio with furniture and a gas BBQ. Two cars can park in tandem off-road on the drive.

Two dogs are accepted here, and additional charges may apply. The house suits a family or friends who want sea views from the sofa and an office corner, and who are happy with steps down to the garden.
