Sea King House

Sea King House is a terraced town house in Weymouth, arranged over three floors, so expect stairs between the kitchen, the living room and the bedrooms. The ground floor has a cloakroom and a utility room with the washing machine. The kitchen and the living and dining room are on the first floor, and the balcony off the living room has seating and looks towards Sandsfoot Gardens and the castle ruins. Views from the house run out towards Weymouth Bay and Portland harbour.

All three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. There is a king-size, a twin and a single, and the single sits higher than a standard bed. The bath has a fixed enclosure with a shower over it, and the bathroom is not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. A rear garden has a patio with furniture.

Parking is in a garage and a parking space. The beach is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.5 miles and the pub a mile. Gas central heating, a dishwasher, a microwave, a DVD player and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Dogs, up to two well-behaved ones, are welcome but kept off the sofas and furnishings, and the house is non-smoking. The house suits a family of five, or a couple with two dogs, who are happy with the stairs and want a bay view.
