Sea Pebbles

Sea Pebbles is a semi-detached house in Weymouth that looks like a two-storey home from the front but runs over three floors. A few steps from the front door, the view takes in Nothe Fort, Portland and the Jurassic coastline, and the harbour is a three to four-minute walk. The sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms are on separate floors, so the house suits those who are comfortable with stairs.

On the lower ground floor, the sitting room has a feature fireplace and patio doors out to a landscaped, enclosed garden with several seating areas. The kitchen/diner is on the ground floor beside a cloakroom, and has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor and sleep six. One is a double with an en-suite shower, one is a twin, and one has bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with a hand shower and a separate walk-in shower. Towels and linen are included in the rent, and guests bring their own cot linen.

A cot, highchair and stairgate are available, and off-road parking is provided for one car. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Portland is about 15 minutes by car, and Monkey World, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are roughly 30 minutes away. The house suits a family with children who want bunk beds and a garden of their own.
