Sea Reach

Sea Reach is the top-floor apartment in a building a short walk from the sand in Swanage. The beach is less than 200 metres away, and the shop and pub are both under 500 metres. From the lounge you look across Swanage Pier. The front garden is shared.

A few internal stairs lead to a landing, from which the lounge and both bedrooms open. The king-size bedroom has a TV. The twin bedroom, at the front, has two single beds, a large picture window and sea views. There is a single bathroom with a shower over the bath and a vanity mirror that lights up, and the cloakroom has a second WC.

The kitchen was fitted recently and has an induction hob, a fan oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer box and a coffee machine, with a dining table for four. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. A welcome pack is waiting, and guests bring their own beach towels. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Parking is on the local residential streets, or you can buy a weekly ticket for the beach car park, which is 150 metres away. Dogs are not allowed. It suits a small family or two couples who want to walk to the sea and keep the car parked for the week.
