Sea Spray

Sea Spray is a single-storey chalet in Lyme Regis, less than 50 metres from the beach and looking out on Monmouth Beach. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

The layout is studio-style, combining a double bunk bed, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen has an oven, a two-ring electric hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a toaster and a Nespresso machine, though the pods are not supplied. The TV carries Netflix and Prime Video through a Firestick, there is a Bluetooth radio and broadband WiFi, and air conditioning handles both heating and cooling. Power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and the place is all electric. A shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The chalet has no wardrobe space.

At the front is a decked area with furniture and a parasol. Two steps lead up to the chalet. The off-road parking is a short walk away, though guests can park outside the chalet to unload. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

One small or medium well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who are happy with a double bunk bed and no wardrobe space.
