Seafarer

Seafarer is a three-storey terraced townhouse in Wyke Regis, near Weymouth, overlooking Smallmouth Bay. The beach and the pub are both less than 200 metres away, and the shop is under 400 metres. It sleeps four and is a family house, decorated with a coastal theme.

The kitchen is on the ground floor, with doors out to a conservatory and the gravel garden at the back. A dining room at the front has sea views. On the first floor, the living room has a TV and large patio doors onto a wooden balcony with seating and more sea views, and a double bedroom is on the same level.

The second floor holds the king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite and views of the coast, a bunk room and a second bathroom. The bunk room is for children under 16 only. The kitchen has an electric hob, grill and oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. A highchair and a travel cot are available, and guests bring their own bed linen for the cot.

The garden is enclosed and gravelled, with furniture. Parking is allocated at the rear, off the street, with more on-street parking close by. The house can be booked along with a neighbouring house two doors along when a bigger party needs more room. No dogs are allowed. It suits a family with children under 16 who want the bay, the beach and the pub all under 200 metres away.
