Seaforth is a five-bedroom house in Worth Matravers, close to Langton Matravers, that sleeps ten across four floors, with a pub 100 metres away and the coast 1 mile off. The shop is 2 miles away. Plenty of steps divide the floors: a couple up to the hall, six down to the lower ground floor and six up to the top.

The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and dining room looking over the garden to the sea, with a range oven, a dishwasher, a drinks fridge and a breakfast bar, plus a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A snug has a wood burner with logs included, and the games room has a pool table, table tennis and a 75-inch smart TV. The lower ground floor has two bedrooms, one of them a twin that can be made up as a super-king on request and has its own en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. On the first floor are a king-size and a twin, both beamed with reduced height in the eaves, and a shower room. The second floor has a lounge with a Juliet balcony and sea views, and a beamed super-king bedroom with an en-suite.

The large lawned garden has a terrace on two levels, a swing-slide set, a stone fire pit with a grill and outdoor games. Five cars can be parked off the road. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided. Two dogs are allowed, more by arrangement, and additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:30 onwards, and guests leave before 10:00. The house suits a large family or two families sharing, with children and dogs.
