SeaGrass

SeaGrass is a two-storey apartment for four in Swanage. The beach is less than 300 metres away, and the shop and the pub are 0.5 miles off. The living and dining room is on the ground floor, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a DVD player and DAB radio. The dining table seats four.

The kitchen is separate and narrow, with an induction hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the bedrooms are a king-size and a double. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a WC; it is the only bathroom.

The garden is shared with the neighbours and is partly enclosed, with a lawned area. Parking is off the street and needs a permit, for one car, and there is more parking on the street. Guests bring their own beach towels. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The apartment has internet access.

Dogs are not allowed. The apartment suits two couples sharing, or a family of four, who are happy with one shower room and the stairs up to the bedrooms, and who want the beach less than 300 metres away.
