Seagull

Seagull sits on the second floor of a small group of apartments directly overlooking Marine Parade in Lyme Regis. French doors in the open-plan living space and in the king-size bedroom both open onto a Juliet balcony. The kitchen window gives a view of the beach and sea, so you can see the water while cooking.

The living space has a sitting area, a dining table and chairs, and a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The shower room is fitted with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. Gas central heating is fitted, with fuel, power, linen and towels all in the rent.

Getting in means climbing a number of stairs to the second floor. Parking is a 5-10 minute walk away: one permit is supplied for Woodmead Halls car park, with parking subject to availability. Only one baby under the age of 1 is allowed at the apartment, and neither pets nor smoking are permitted. The apartment carries a good-housekeeping bond.

The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away, and the beach and Cobb Harbour are a short stroll. The apartment suits a couple who want a view down to the sea and are happy to leave the car in a public car park.
