Seascape Weymouth

Seascape sits behind Overcombe Beach, 10 yards from the sand, with the centre of Weymouth 2 miles away. A shop is 100 metres off and a pub and restaurant 500 metres. The house is on two floors.

The ground floor has a porch and entrance hall for coats and boots, a kitchen/diner and the twin bedroom, which has a sea view and a TV/DVD. Patio doors from the dining table open onto the garden. The kitchen has a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and a Tassimo coffee machine with one packet of capsules provided. The one bathroom is also on this floor and has a tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the lounge has elevated sea views and a large Juliet balcony. The double bedroom on this floor catches a glimpse of the sea and has reduced height in the eaves. A separate WC and wash basin are on the upper level too. Beach towels are provided.

Outside, the terraced courtyard garden has a patio, colourful tubs and raised beds. The house has one allocated parking space, in the Bowleaze Coveway car park. Children under 3 are not accepted, and dogs are not allowed. It suits two couples or a family with older children who want to walk straight onto the beach and do not mind a low ceiling in one bedroom.
