Seascape

Seascape is a penthouse apartment overlooking the bay at Swanage. A path beside the building leads to the beach, which is under 200 metres away, and the pub is just as close. The shop is 1 mile away. A beach hut comes with the apartment.

Patio doors lead from the open-plan lounge and dining area to a balcony with a table and chairs, facing the bay towards Peveril Point and Ballard Down. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Of the three bedrooms, the king-size has an en-suite, and the other two are a double and a twin. A second bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower. The lounge has a TV, with DVD and CD equipment. Guests also share a private garden.

Guests can use the facilities of the adjoining hotel, which include a small indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym. A lift is available, but it is not suitable for wheeled mobility aids. Cars are parked on the street. Guests bring their own beach towels, and dogs cannot be accommodated.

Maximum occupancy is six including any infants, and only two children are allowed per booking, unless agreed before booking. Seascape suits two or three couples, or a family with up to two children.
