Seashore

Seashore is an apartment at the rear of a converted hotel on the seafront in Lyme Regis, laid out over three floors for two guests. The ground-floor double bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in rainforest shower, a basin and a WC. The sitting room is on the first floor and the kitchen/diner on the second, and there is a courtyard area with patio furniture.

Moving between the floors means two full flights of stairs, and the internal staircase has a handrail on one side. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washing machine/tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a hairdryer. There is a Smart TV, a second TV with a DVD player, a CD player, a Bluetooth player, a radio and WiFi. The rent covers heating, which is electric, along with power, bed linen and towels.

The apartment does not take children, and pets and smoking are not allowed. Parking is by one permit for the Woodmead Halls car park, a 5 to 10 minute walk away, and a space depends on availability, and car parking is payable at the location. The nearest shop and pub are both 0.1 miles off.

It suits a couple who are happy with stairs and want to be close to the seafront.
