Seavoy

Seavoy is an apartment in a restored Georgian building on the Esplanade in Weymouth, opposite the beach. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within 100 metres. Guests come through a shared entrance and climb the stairs, four flights in all, with no lift.

Inside the front door, the kitchen is arranged around a large island and has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a Nespresso machine. The lounge and diner next to it has panoramic sea views and a Smart TV.

The three bedrooms are on the upper floor under the sloping eaves: a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be made up as twins on request, a king-size bedroom and a double. A shower room with a WC and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC serve them.

The apartment has no outdoor space. One private parking space is at the back of the building, but the apartment can only be entered from the front, so it is a 200-metre walk from the car. Guests cannot bring dogs. Guests can arrive from 16:00 and must leave before 10:00. Seavoy suits a group of friends or a family of up to six who want the seafront on the doorstep and can manage the stairs.
