Shoreside - Swanage

Shoreside is an apartment on the first floor of a block built in 2022 in Swanage. The shop is a little under 0.5 miles away, the pub and the beach 0.5 miles, and the steam railway is half a mile off, with Corfe Castle 5.5 miles away on the line.

Guests come in through a shared entryway and up a shared staircase. A hallway leads to the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, where a large picture window lets in the light and there is a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher.

The two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, are off the hallway. Bathing is in a single bathroom with a bath, a separate shower and a WC. The decor is contemporary, with a neutral colour scheme. Check-in starts at 16:00, with departure by 10:00.

Parking is at the rear: a private off-road space for one car, with a shared path from there to the apartment. There is no outdoor space, though there is a recreation ground opposite. The apartment does not accept dogs. The apartment suits a couple or small family who want a new, simple base within walking distance of the sea.
