Shrimp Cottage

A Grade II listed fisherman's cottage from the 19th century, Shrimp Cottage stands on three floors in the Brewers Quay harbour area of Weymouth. The old harbour and its lifting bridge are a five-minute walk away. A shop and a pub are 0.1 miles off, the coast is 0.1 miles and the beach 0.6 miles.

There is no parking at the property. Some on-street parking exists when spaces are free, and the Nothe pay and display car park is about five minutes away on foot. The car park behind Brewers Quay is a minute's walk, but it has a Parking Eye camera, so bear that in mind if you leave a car there.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a king-size with a Smart TV, and a twin and a double on the second floor. The bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower, and a separate shower room has a second walk-in shower. Gas central heating warms the cottage, which has a kitchen, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a washer/dryer and a slimline dishwasher. Two Smart TVs and fibre WiFi are provided, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels come with the rent. A single step leads up into the dining room, and there is a height restriction as you step down into the kitchen.

The enclosed courtyard has furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The cottage suits a family, a group of friends or pet owners who are happy to walk from a car park.
