South Harbour Cottage

South Harbour Cottage is a recently renovated terraced house in Weymouth, close to the harbour and to the beaches of Weymouth and Castle Cove. The shop is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles and the beach 0.8 miles, and Hope Square, with its restaurants, cafes and pubs, is a short walk away.

The kitchen/diner has double doors out to the rear garden and underfloor heating. There is also a utility room, and the cooking is on an electric oven and gas hob. A dishwasher and washing machine are included. In the sitting room are leather sofas, a Freeview TV and a woodburning stove. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, and the family bathroom with a bath and shower. There is gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included along with WiFi.

The enclosed rear garden has decking and a shed for storage. No parking space is mentioned for the cottage, and guests are advised to use the JustPark app to find the closest long stay car park.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple or a small family with a dog who want a woodburning stove and a garden within reach of the harbour.
