Splash

Splash is a terraced cottage in the middle of Weymouth, arranged for four people. The shop and pub are each 0.2 miles away and the beach is 0.4 miles.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has its own bathroom, with a king-size bed in one room and twin beds in the other. The king-size room has a TV and an en-suite with a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC. The twin room has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC. A downstairs cloakroom has a basin and a WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there are two Smart TVs; the king-size bedroom has a TV. WiFi and gas central heating are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The cottage has no garden, only a small sitting area with outdoor chairs just to the left of the front door. One designated space holds a single car. Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits two couples or two friends who each want their own bathroom and a short walk to the pub.
