Stable Cottage - Swanage

Stable Cottage is a stone cottage on the outskirts of Swanage, entered through a stable door. The shop, the pub and the beach are each 0.5 miles away, Studland Bay is 2 miles, Corfe Castle 5 miles and Poole Quayside 5.5 miles. The original stable block is not open to guests. Swanage Pier is 1.5 miles away.

Inside, a galley-style kitchen runs into the open-plan living and dining area, where a sofa faces a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher, while a washing machine is in an outdoor utility room.

A spiral staircase leads up to a snug. The cottage sleeps four. The two bedrooms are a double with a vaulted ceiling and a twin, and they share one shower room with a shower cubicle and a WC.

The small courtyard garden has furniture and a coal BBQ, although the coal is not provided. There is parking for two to three cars. You can arrive from 16:00 and must leave before 10:00. Dogs are not welcome. The cottage suits a couple with friends or two adults with two children, provided everyone is happy with a spiral staircase up to the snug.
