Still Waters

Still Waters is a duplex apartment above a convenience store in Swanage, 0.05 miles from the beach and 0.1 miles from the nearest pub. The living and dining room has an electric fire and a dining table by the bay window, and the kitchen has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and an electric oven and hob.

The bedrooms are two doubles, one with an en-suite basin and WC, and a bunk room, with a maximum of six people. All three bedrooms have furniture for your belongings. A ground-floor bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower, with a cloakroom beside it, and the flat has a separate shower room too. A highchair and a travel cot are available.

Up on the first floor, an enclosed garden has a decked area, furniture, a sun lounger and a barbecue, and there is bike storage. Parking is on the road.

Check-in is on Fridays only. The flat has gas central heating alongside the electric fire, and a fixed allowance of fuel and power is included, with extra on sale in the shop below. A good housekeeping bond is payable. There is no smoking and there are no pets. It suits a family of up to six who want a deck with a barbecue and the beach close by.
