Summerclose
1849 cottage on the edge of Weymouth, parking for three, two dogs
Summerclose is a cottage built in 1849 on the fringes of Weymouth, just over 3 miles from the centre. A shop is 0.5 miles away, a pub 1 mile and the beach 3 miles. Private parking takes up to three cars.
A sunroom is the entrance. It leads on to the kitchen/diner, which has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher, then to a separate dining room and a lounge with a Smart TV. A utility room on the ground floor holds a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a WC. The garage is out of use. Internet access is provided.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family bathroom, with a shower, bath and WC. The king-size bedroom sleeps two, the twin has two single beds and the small double is suitable for one guest only, which brings the total to five.
The rear garden is enclosed, with a large lawn and an outdoor seating area. Two dogs may stay; additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00. The cottage suits a family or group of up to five who have a car, with or without dogs, and want a lawn rather than a seafront.
