Sun Beam - Weymouth

Sun Beam is a mid-terrace house on a residential street in Weymouth, with the beach, a pub and the shops all within 200 metres. The front door opens into a hallway, with the lounge on the right: bay-window seating, a Smart TV and two sofas. A bedroom next door has Sky TV, and a compact WC sits under the stairs.

Further along the hallway, the kitchen/diner has an electric double oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, with space for an eight-seater dining table. Double doors lead from it into a private courtyard garden, fully enclosed, with an outdoor table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Upstairs, one flight reaches a landing with a bedroom and the family bathroom, which has a bath, a separate shower enclosure and a WC. Three more steps lead to the top landing, with two further bedrooms, one of them a twin. Across the four bedrooms there are two super-king-size beds, one king-size and one twin that can be made up as a super-king on request. Sky TV is available in the lounge and in bedrooms 2 and 4. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged.

Parking is by permit: two are supplied for The Swannery car park, about 350 metres away. Cars can be unloaded outside the house, subject to availability. The house takes two dogs, and additional charges may apply. It suits a family or two couples travelling together who want separate bedrooms and a short walk to the sea.
