Sunbeach

Sunbeach is a first-floor apartment on the seafront in Weymouth, with the beach and the shop each 0.1 miles away. The open-plan living space has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, lit by three windows, and the central one opens onto the balcony. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and the apartment has a Smart TV and WiFi.

Both bedrooms have a king-size bed. One has an en-suite shower room, and the other uses a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is in the nearby council car parks, for a fee. The pub is 0.2 miles away. Step out of the front door and you are straight onto the seafront, with the Pavilion, a 1,000-seat live performance venue, further along it. The apartment is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

No children under the age of five can be booked in. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits two couples, or a family with children of five and over, who want to be on the seafront.
