Sunny Place

Sunny Place is a ground-floor apartment for four in Swanage. The shops, the pub and the beach are all 500 metres away. The L-shaped living space combines a shaker-style kitchen with an island, a lounge and a dining area, and the French doors open onto the patio.

The patio is large and landscaped, with an outdoor table and chairs. Both bedrooms have double doors to it. The main bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room that has a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom is another double beside the family bathroom, which has a free-standing bath. Both rooms are on the same level as the kitchen, along the hallway.

There is a welcome pack, a TV with a DVD player, and internet access. Guests bring their own beach towels. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The dining table is in the same room as the kitchen.

The parking space holds one large car or two small ones. Up to two dogs are welcome, and additional charges may apply. The apartment is not suitable for children under 5. It suits a couple travelling with a dog, two couples sharing, or a family whose children are older than that and who want a patio.
