Sunrise Apartment

Sunrise Apartment is a first-floor, split-level Edwardian apartment on The Esplanade in Weymouth, overlooking the sandy beach through full-height sash windows. The shop, pub and beach are all 0.1 mile away, and the train station and buses are 5 minutes away.

Open-plan living space combines a kitchen with an island, a dining area with bar stools and a sitting area, and there is a Smart TV and WiFi. There are two bedrooms, a king and a twin, and a shower room with a walk-in shower. Cooking is on an electric oven and hob, with a kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge that has a freezer box. The balcony is not in use and is there for decoration only.

Getting in means a few steps up to the front door of the building, stairs up to the first floor and some steps inside the apartment. No parking comes with it; the nearest pay-and-display council car park, The Swannery, is under ten minutes on foot. Beach towels are not provided.

Children under five cannot be booked in, pets are not accepted, the apartment is non-smoking and the minimum stay is three nights. The booking also needs a good-housekeeping bond. A neighbouring property has a Ring video doorbell in a communal area, which deletes its data on a 30-day cycle. The apartment is right for two couples, or a family with children aged five and over, who want to be on the seafront and can manage the stairs.
