Swallows At Lower Manor Farm

Swallows is one of three properties at Lower Manor Farm in Chickerell, near Weymouth, with Langton Herring nearby. This semi-detached barn conversion sleeps three, in a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC and a single room. The en-suite holds the shower, and the main bathroom has a bath and WC. It suits a couple with a child, or a couple with a dog.

Everything is on one storey. The lounge, dining area and compact kitchen share one open space, with a TV and DVD player, and the dining area looks onto the garden through patio doors. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, a microwave and a washing machine. Electricity and central heating are included. The Wi-Fi signal varies, which makes it suitable for email and browsing only, and towels are available to hire.

Beyond the patio doors is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating. Up to two dogs can stay, and additional charges may apply. Off-road parking is ample.

The sandy beach at Weymouth is 4 miles away, and both a shop and pubs are within 1 mile. Arrival is from 4.30pm and departure is before 10am.
