Swanage Bay Apartment is a two-bedroom flat on a road that runs straight down to the seafront in Swanage. The beach, steam train station, restaurants, pubs and shops are all within 250m, and the seafront has a restored pier and boat trips. Guests who arrive by car use the one off-road parking space.

The flat is on the second floor. You come in at first-floor level, where a storage area takes pushchairs, coats and outdoor gear, and the rest is up the stairs: a kitchen on one side of the landing and a bathroom with a bath and shower over on the other. The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and there is a lounge with a dining area.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Guests also get a TV with a recordable hard drive, WiFi, games and books. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the booking. Parking is one off-road space. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

It suits a family of four wanting a double and a twin room, or a couple who would like the second bedroom, and who are comfortable with stairs between the front door and the kitchen.
