Swanage Bay

50A High Street is a first-floor apartment in Swanage that sleeps four. It sits above an antiques store, and the way up is one flight of internal stairs from the front door to the flat door. The open-plan room holds the kitchen, a dining area and a seating area with two sofas and a TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The king-size bedroom and the twin bedroom each have a TV. The bathroom has pebble-effect walls, a bath, a walk-in shower and a basin, and a separate cloakroom has a basin and a WC. Gas central heating and WiFi are provided, and the rent includes bed linen and towels.

A travel cot and a highchair are provided, though guests bring their own bedding for the cot. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. There is no allocated parking: cars park on the roadside on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am.

The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.3 miles. The apartment suits a couple or two couples with a dog or two, or a family of four, who are happy to climb a flight of stairs and park on the road.
