Tarps Apartment

Tarps Apartment sits on the first floor above Weymouth's inner harbour, reached by stairs, with a pub and the water on the doorstep and a shop two minutes' walk away. The sitting room has a dining table and looks over the harbour in every direction, so you can watch the boats coming and going. It is in Weymouth itself, a few minutes on foot from the sandy beach.

The apartment has three bedrooms and sleeps five: a double, a twin and a single measuring 2ft 6in. A shower room with a basin and WC serves them all. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there are a TV, a DVD player and WiFi. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent. A cot, highchair and baby monitor can be requested, but guests bring their own cot linen.

A shared patio with furniture is outside. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the apartment does not take all-male or all-female parties. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. During local festivals the harbour area has road closures and parking restrictions. It suits a family of up to five or a small group who want the harbour right outside.
