The Annex at Antiqua House

The Annex at Antiqua House is a detached bungalow behind electric gates in Chalbury, a hamlet near Verwood. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite, and a four-poster super-king. There are two bathrooms in all.

The open-plan living space joins a fitted kitchen to a dining area and sitting room, and patio doors open onto the patio. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is a Smart TV in the living room. The en-suite has a shower over the bath and a WC, and the family bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a WC.

The rear garden is enclosed and mostly lawn, with a patio, outdoor furniture and a four-burner gas BBQ. Off-road parking for two cars is on a shared, secured, gated driveway. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply.

The beach is 13 miles away, the shop 4.2 miles and the pub 1.7 miles. Short breaks, and arrival days other than Friday, are by enquiry. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 10am. The bungalow suits a couple, or two couples, who want a quiet countryside stay and will drive for shops.
