The Annexe, St Agnes House

The Annexe at St Agnes House is a one-bedroom apartment spread over three floors in the middle of Lyme Regis. On the ground floor, a hallway and lobby have room for bicycles or paddle boards. Stairs lead up to the first floor, which holds the kitchen, with a dining table, an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with a small icebox. The bathroom, with a bath, a shower over it, a basin and a WC, is on that floor too, along with a small snug with seating and a Smart TV.

At the top, on the second floor, the king-size bedroom has its own TV and looks out to sea. The floors are linked by internal steps, and there is no lift. Bookings are limited to two guests plus one infant under two. A highchair, a travel cot (bed linen not provided) and a stairgate are available.

Cars go in a public car park: those within a five minutes' walk sell long-stay tickets, and two hours of free on-road parking is available opposite, subject to availability. Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels, with electric central heating. A welcome pack of milk, tea and locally sourced treats is left for your arrival. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.2. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Ideal for a couple, with a dog or a baby, who are happy to climb stairs.
