The Beach Condo

Above The Nook Cocktail Bar on the seafront in Weymouth sits The Beach Condo, a duplex apartment for eight adults. The bar has DJs, live music and an outside seating area, and at weekends it closes at 4am, so Fridays and Saturdays are lively. Earplugs are provided.

Guests must be 18 or over, which rules out children, and pets are not allowed. Eight adults can sleep here: a second-floor group room has four single beds, and two bunk bedrooms for adults are on the first and third floors, each with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. A separate first-floor bathroom has a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, along with a kettle and toaster. The sitting room has a Smart TV and a selection of books and games, and the sunroom beyond it has a curved window facing the beach. WiFi is included, and so are fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

There is a public car park nearby, and parking permits for The Esplanade can be arranged with the owners before arrival. The shop, pub and beach are each 0.1 miles away. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It is right for a group of adult friends, perhaps celebrating, who want to be in the middle of the beachfront nightlife and are happy to hear it.
