The Bothy

The Bothy is a studio apartment for two in Lyme Regis, set among mature trees with floor-to-ceiling windows that look towards the sea and the Jurassic coast. One open room holds the double bed, a compact kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and doors open from the sitting area onto a balcony terrace furnished with a bistro table and chairs.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a two-ring hob, a microwave, and a fridge with an ice box, plus a kettle and a hairdryer. The washing room is a wet room with a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. There is electric heating, a TV, a CD player and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. The washing machine and tumble dryer are shared, not for your sole use.

One car can be left in the off-road space. From there the way to the apartment is an unlit path, so bring a torch if you arrive after dark. The town of Lyme Regis is a short walk away, with a shop 0.3 miles off, a pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.5 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The studio suits a couple who want a self-contained base with a balcony and sea views, and who do not mind an unlit path after dark.
