The Brewery

The Brewery is a refurbished house in the quiet Brewers Quay area of Weymouth, set up for six guests. Its three bedrooms are on the first floor, reached by a spiral staircase described as steep: the house is not suitable for children under five. The second floor is not for guests' use.

The bedrooms are a king-size with its own en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk room, so a group of mixed ages can split sensibly. The family bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. Downstairs there is a sitting room with three sofas and a TV, and a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi is available, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, there is a seating area at the front of the house for a morning coffee. Two cars can park off the road. Electric cars cannot be charged from the domestic supply, although fast chargers are available in the local area. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the nearest shop and pub are 0.2 miles away.

It suits a family with older children, or friends sharing, who want three bedrooms close to the harbour and the shops and do not mind a spiral staircase.
