The Chocolate Box

The Chocolate Box is a three-storey house on the outskirts of Weymouth, five minutes' walk from the harbour. A woodburning stove stands in both the kitchen/diner and the sitting room, and logs and kindling can be bought at nearby shops or a petrol station. The dining table seats six.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a double with a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, a second double with a TV, and a second-floor twin with a TV and views out towards the sea. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail, and there is a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine. Four Smart TVs and WiFi are included. The rear garden has decking and furniture, and a paved area takes two cars off the road. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the beach 0.5 miles and a pub 0.7 miles.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. It suits a group or family of six with up to two dogs who want a garden, stoves and parking close to the harbour.
