The Dairy

The Dairy is a converted barn near Uploders, close to Bridport, on a single level. The open-plan living space has high ceilings, feature beams, French doors, a woodburning stove and a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. Underfloor heating runs throughout.

There are two bedrooms, a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over, and a double. There is also a wet room with a shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a Smart TV and a DAB radio with Bluetooth are provided. Fuel, power, a starter pack of logs, bed linen, towels and bathroom products are included. Outside are a front garden, a patio and furniture, and secure bike storage if you ask before you arrive.

Children under 16 are not allowed, and the barn is also closed to pets and smoking. WiFi reception can be intermittent, and there is some traffic noise from the nearby A35 despite the secluded setting. The electricity supply cannot safely charge electric vehicles, so please do not charge one from the property. Two cars can park at the barn. The nearest shop is 2.5 miles away and the pub is 0.9 miles away.

It suits a couple, or two couples, who want a single-level barn conversion and are happy with a drive to the shops.
