The Ferns

The Ferns is a modern semi-detached house on a residential street in Weymouth, and it takes up to two well-behaved dogs. Both the front and back gardens are laid with artificial grass, the rear one is large, and there are dining furniture and chairs outside. Off-road parking holds two cars.

The ground floor has a kitchen with a dining table and a sitting room. On the first floor are a king-size bedroom, a twin and the family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, and the second floor has a double bedroom with its own en-suite. A cloakroom is on the ground floor. Six people can sleep here, with stairs to the second floor.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. There are Smart TV, Blu-ray and WiFi, and a selection of games, DVDs, books and a Wii. A stairgate, travel cot and high chair are available; guests bring their own cot linen. The owner asks guests not to charge electric cars from the house supply, and fast chargers are available in the local area.

A pub and shop are 5 minutes away, the Greenhill area and the main beach 10 minutes' walk, and Lodmoor Country Park and Weymouth Sea Life Park around five. Smoking is not allowed. It suits a family of up to six that travels with dogs and wants a garden and a driveway.
