The Kings Vista

The Kings Vista is a first-floor apartment in Weymouth that sleeps four, where bay windows in the open-plan living space frame views across the water. The kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a TV share that one room, in a coastal blue colour scheme with nautical accessories. Weymouth Beach is 0.2 miles away, and a shop and pub are 0.1 miles away.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one twin, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher, and WiFi is included. Each bedroom has storage space. Heating is electric, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all covered in the booking.

Getting in means a few stairs from the communal hallway to a landing, then two half-flights up to the apartment, and there is no lift. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility room outside the apartment door and up one more flight, for your use only.

Short breaks in winter, off-season, last-minute and at Christmas are all offered. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. It suits a small family or two couples who want the beach within a short walk and do not mind the stairs.
