The Little Cottage
Two-bedroom Weymouth cottage with parking, no pets, no children under 7
The Little Cottage is a white-washed house on the outskirts of Weymouth, a short drive from the town centre. It comes with off-road parking for one car. The nearest shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.8 miles and the beach 2.4 miles, so the car will get used. The owners live next door.
Downstairs is an open-plan living space that brings together the kitchen, a dining area and a living area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge-freezer, along with a dishwasher. Entertainment comes from a Smart TV, Freeview and an Xbox, and WiFi is included. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all covered in the rent.
Both bedrooms are upstairs: a king-size and a twin, with a single bathroom that has a bath, a shower over it, a basin and a WC, shared by both rooms. Children under the age of 7 are not accepted. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 5pm and check-out by 10am.
The cottage suits a couple, or two couples or friends, who want a straightforward base with their own parking and have no young children or dogs to bring.
