The Lobster Pot

The Lobster Pot is a first-floor apartment in Weymouth, with the beach 0.4 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the pub 0.5 miles, so all three are within half a mile. It has one open-plan room that combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area where a sofa faces the television. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a kettle and a toaster.

There are two bedrooms for four guests. The king-size has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the other bedroom is a twin that works for children or friends sharing. A second bathroom has a bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The en-suite belongs to the king-size room, so guests in the twin use the main bathroom.

One car can use the allocated space in the off-road parking area. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits two couples, or a small family, who want a flat close to the beach with a space for the car. Poole is a short drive away, and in Weymouth The Crab House Café serves seafood.
