The Nook

The Nook is a semi-detached cottage in Weymouth, sleeping four. The ground floor holds a kitchen, a living/dining room and a cloakroom with a basin and WC. In the living/dining room a wood-burning stove sits beside a Smart TV and a dining table that seats four. A starter pack for the stove is included, along with fuel and power.

The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. There is a hairdryer, WiFi, gas central heating, and bed linen and towels are included.

Outside is an enclosed garden with a lawn, a patio and a bistro set. Private driveway parking takes one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and there is no smoking. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.3 miles, with a lake at 1.1 miles and a river at 0.9 miles. The cottage suits a family of four or two couples travelling with a dog or two who want a garden and a stove for cooler evenings.
