The Pines

The Pines is a modern end-of-terrace house in The Maltings, a residential area of Weymouth built on part of the former Devenish Brewery site. Newton's Cove, known for its rock pools at low tide, is a three-minute walk away, and the harbour area around Hope Square is four minutes on foot.

The rear garden is fully enclosed. It has a large patio and a landscaped, tiered garden with decking and furniture; six steps lead up to the deck, and toddlers need supervision. Patio doors open to it from the ground-floor living space, and the kitchen is next door, so meals can be taken outside at the patio table.

Downstairs there is also a sitting room with a dining area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom overlooks the garden and has a television, and the twin room has one standard single and one 2ft 6in single. The shower room has a double-sized cubicle with an electric shower.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and the owners will consider two small dogs on enquiry. Smoking is not allowed. There are three steps up to the front door, and the allocated parking space is in the residents' car park. A cot is available, and guests bring their own cot linen. The house suits a family with young children, or a couple travelling with a dog.
