The Shambles

The Shambles stands on the outskirts of Fortuneswell, on Portland, with Weymouth five miles away. It is arranged over two floors and sleeps four. The living/dining room has an electric fire and a TV, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The two bedrooms are a double with panoramic sea views and a twin. A single bathroom serves all four guests, with a bath and a shower over it. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside is a small garden with decking and seating, from where the sea views carry on, and the seating suits a morning coffee with the water in view. There is no reserved space for the car: on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. The nearest shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach is 0.6 miles.

Gas central heating is fitted, fuel is included in the rent, and WiFi is provided for the stay. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottage suits two couples or a small family who want a sea view and can manage without a guaranteed parking space.
