The Skipper's House

The Skipper's House is a house on two floors in Weymouth, sleeping up to five. Patio doors from the dining room lead to an enclosed courtyard with furniture. The pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles away and the shop is 0.2 miles.

The ground floor has a living room with an electric fire, a sofa, two chairs and a Smart TV, a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are a double, a twin and a single bedroom, and they share one shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. WiFi, central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

No parking is provided with the house. Street parking on nearby roads depends on availability: some roads close by carry one-hour limits, while roads roughly five to ten minutes away have none, and the JustPark app is recommended for finding the nearest long-stay car park. Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a family of up to five who want the three beds in separate rooms and can manage without a car at the door.
