The Stables, Burton Bradstock

The Stables is a stone-built house in Burton Bradstock, with the village shop and a pub both 0.1 miles from the door. It has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a sitting room built around a woodburning stove. WiFi and a TV are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor and together sleep six. One is a king-size double with its own en-suite walk-in shower, one is a second king-size double, and the third is a twin. The other two share a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, and there is also a cloakroom with a basin and WC.

Behind the house is an enclosed courtyard, and the off-road parking takes up to three cars. Gas central heating works alongside the stove, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all covered by the rent.

No pets and no smoking are allowed. The house does not supply cots, highchairs or stairgates, and electric cars cannot be charged from its domestic supply. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or two couples who want a village base with room to park three cars.
