The View

The View is a three-storey house in Weymouth with a balcony off the first-floor living and dining room, and from that balcony you look over the sea towards Henry VIII's castle. The beach is 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.2 miles and a shop 0.5 miles.

Both bedrooms, a double and a twin, are on the second floor and share a shower room with a walk-in shower, a double basin and a WC, so four guests is the limit. The kitchen shares the first floor with the living and dining room, which has a dining table and the balcony. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. The house also has a utility room and a washing machine. A TV and WiFi are provided, and the rent takes in fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a patio and furniture, and the off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, check-in is on Fridays only, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a family of four or two couples who want a sea view and a short walk to the sand.
