The Watch House

The Watch House is a terraced townhouse over three floors in Weymouth. A shop and a pub are each 0.1 miles away, and the beach, the river and a lake are all 0.2 miles off. The living space is divided into a kitchen, a separate dining room and a sitting room. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and the house has a Smart TV, WiFi and gas central heating.

There are four bedrooms. Two are on the second floor, one a double and one a zip-and-link king-size, and the others are a double and a twin. A wet room on the ground floor has a walk-in shower and WC, and the main bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a WC. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard at the rear has furniture. Parking is in a local car park, payable on site. The stairs are steep because of the style of the house, which is worth knowing before you book. One well-behaved pet is welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a group of up to eight family or friends who can manage steep stairs.
