The Waterfront

The Waterfront is an apartment right on the water's edge in Swanage, with the town centre and the beach each 0.2 miles away. The shop and the pub are 0.5 miles off, and Poole Harbour is 8 miles.

You enter through the carport, where there is room to leave muddy boots, and come into the main living space with the sea straight ahead. It is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with a Smart TV. Patio doors lead out to a balcony with outside seating, facing across Swanage Bay. The appliances are an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave with a grill.

Stairs lead down to the bedrooms. The main one has a king-size bed, and the second has twin beds. A single family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Durlston Castle and Country Park is a 0.5 mile walk from the town centre. Arrival is at 16:00 or later, and departure is before 10:00. Parking is for one car in the carport, which suits small cars only, with more space in the visitors' parking area. Dogs cannot stay. The apartment suits two couples or a family of four who want the sea in front of them from the moment they walk in.
