Access is up a flight of stairs, as the building has no lift, and a second entrance at the rear is reached by metal stairs from the parking area. Private parking for one car is on site, with direct access from the car park, which has a height limit of 2.35 metres. The pay and display car park near the Pavilion is a few minutes' walk away, and festivals bring some road closures and parking restrictions.

There are two bedrooms: a king-size, and a twin that also faces the sea. Both share one shower room, which has a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. WiFi and a portable fan are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent.
