Tokenhill Cottage

Tokenhill Cottage is a three-bedroom house in Piddletrenthide, inside the Dorset AONB. Its enclosed rear garden holds a hot tub, a barbecue, a patio and furniture. Three cars fit on the off-road parking.

The ground floor is open-plan, combining kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric double oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, with a dishwasher and a washing machine. A smart TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi are provided. Heating is oil central with underfloor heating on the ground floor only, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a twin and a bathroom with a bath, a shower over, a basin and a heated towel rail. A second shower room with a walk-in shower is on the ground floor. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available for small children.

One well-behaved small dog is welcome, and the owner may accept a second small dog by prior agreement. The pub is 1.4 miles away and the shop 4.6 miles. Check-in days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 4pm, and check-out is at 10am. Two shepherd's huts, Spindleberry and Hurdlemakers, each sleep two and can be booked in conjunction with the cottage for a larger party. It suits two couples or a family who want a hot tub and a garden of their own.
